I’m amazed how many Republicans think Democrat David Jolly is just going to come in to be governor and boss around a supermajority Republican Legislature. That has never happened in American history.
Learn some civics.
Governor DeSantis says it will be impossible for Byron Donalds or David Jolly to undo all the laws he has put in place.
When you hear Byron’s scare tactics that Jolly will allow “boys in girls sports” it’s just not a possibility.
Q: There's a report that Ken Paxton was complaining about your midterm convention. He felt like it hurt him. What's your reaction?
TRUMP: Well, I haven't heard that, but I can tell you that the convention was amazing. We had 107 million views. The NFL had 25 million. We had four times what the NFL did.
@RepCarlos I will always be very fond of Miami as I spent so much of my life there. But the reality is much of the natural beauty of Miami is gone, especially the pine rocklands. It is a small but very densely populated city (that wasn’t always true) with 24/7 traffic nightmares.
@WeatherProf Interesting post. Record-setting El Nino either way. The Pacific hurricanes probably had to work doubly-hard to get any upwelling this Hurricane Season.
Trump broke EVERY SINGLE promise he made, and, in 26, the GOP wants another chance. We WON'T vote for them
"Republicans are well within their rights to stay home. Why would we vote for people that lie, that don't actually advance our interests as a group?"
Remember when Republicans complained about Democrats doing crap like this.
They are forever “Hyperscale Data Centers”. Just like it is forever “Gulf of Mexico”. That is what started this mess.
Gov. Ron DeSantis, for instance, could have single-handedly stopped Senate Bill 686 from taking effect.
But Florida’s outgoing governor chose instead to quietly sign it into law...
"Vance will attend a fundraiser after the Lakeland event. It’s invite-only. Attendees can get a photo with Donalds if they give $25,000 or raise $50,000."
