None of this is official. It isn't even real. You're dreaming all of this.

This explains a lot.

Fifteen is a bit absurd. Just like iPad SKUs, more is not always better.

[this (TM) @thisTM]

The wording is awkward, but the “gathering space” idea was part of Steve/Ron Johnson’s initial retail concept. When it works, it’s great. https://t.co/5x6RqiRLss

@gruber A lotta years in Apple Retail. We had our share say “oh ess ex”, too. But we also had folks perpetuating the multitasking myth. 😖

[this (TM) @thisTM]

Typical retail…🙄🙄🙄

[this (TM) @thisTM]

@Creative_Rants I am sorry to hear it. God blessed the mall stores with malls that close.

[this (TM) @thisTM]

If it’s true that they’re getting rid of Business Specialists, can we vote that they do it by firing squad? #lazyassholes #yourstoremayvary

@UncreativePro @probepolitely Talk about getting out in the nick of time…all Tech Exp means is more time on queue, not more time in repairs.

[this (TM) @thisTM]

@UncreativePro I’d love it if that’s two FRSs talking a manager into an exception for a customer with a similar sob story as this lady.

@CoryMoll Appreciate the insight–thanks!

[this (TM) @thisTM]

@CoryMoll Hey, are you aware of how Apple Retail handles cost-of-living adjustments when transferring from region to region? Thanks!

@RedZoneOperator A free roll of receipt printer tape. What am I thinking? Half a roll.

[this (TM) @thisTM]

, love you. Team, you rock! Whoever allows this listless chump to stay leader of a store with no culture and so many problems, FUCK. YOU.

[this (TM) @thisTM]

#betrayal #disingenuousness #disrespect #shittyjudgment Time for a new store leader.

[this (TM) @thisTM]

"Welcome to the Express Zone! How can I help you?"
"I'd like an iPad."
"Which of our 42 models would you like?"

[this (TM) @thisTM]

Holy shit, they fired John Browett. Sorry if I'm a little misty-eyed, this is the first time I've ever seen a hashtag brought to life.

[this (TM) @thisTM]

Him: Do you have any iPhone 5?
Me: We have a 32gb Sprint. Everything else is sold out.
Him: So, no AT&T?

What did I JUST SAY??!

[The Apple Bastard @theapplebastard]

Yeah sure we have the iPad mini in stock, we just call it an iPod Touch.

[this (TM) @thisTM]

Oh please no. Be an iPhone 6 instead... // RT @applespotlight Apple Likely to Unveil “iPad Mini” at October 23 Event http://t.co/SCcpl3Lj
