There are questions about where Zoho is developed and where the data is hosted and who hosts it. There is a lot of false information we want to correct.

1. All the products are developed in India. Our global headquarters is in Chennai and we pay taxes in India on our global income. As a global corporation headquartered in India, we have offices in over 80 countries and have a strong presence in the US which is a big market for us.

2. Indian customer data is hosted in India (Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai, soon Odissa). We have over 18 data centers globally and they host the respective country or regional data. We are committed to hosting each country data in their own jurisdiction.

3. All our services run on hardware we own and software frameworks we developed, on top of open source like Linux OS and Postgres database.

4. We do not host our products on AWS or Azure. Arattai, specifically, is not hosted on AWS or Azure or GCloud. We use some of those services for regional switching nodes to speed up traffic but data is not stored in them. We are adding many such "points of presence" (POPs) as we speak.

5. Our Zoho Developer account in the App Store and Play Store lists our US office address because the account was registered in the very early days of those stores by one of our employees in the US just to test them out. We never changed that.

We are proudly "Made in India, Made for the World" and we mean it🙏

𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗶 𝗝𝗶 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗣𝘂𝘀𝗵𝘆𝗮 𝗡𝗮𝗸𝘀𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗮 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻?

Today, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is going to file his nomination from Varanasi in Pushya Nakshatra. The question arises that why did he choose Pushya Nakshatra? What is so special about this Pushya Nakshatra?

According to 𝘽𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙜𝙪 𝙎𝙖𝙢𝙝𝙞𝙩𝙖 among the all 27 Nakshatra the 8th Nakshatra is known as "Pushya Nakshtra".

As per 𝙎𝙖𝙣𝙨𝙠𝙧𝙞𝙩 𝘼𝙥𝙩𝙚 𝙙𝙞𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 Pushya means "पू + यत् णुगागमः, ह्रस्वः" We can generally call it auspicious, nourishing, sacred or full of qualities.

According to 𝙑𝙖𝙡𝙢𝙞𝙠𝙞 𝙍𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙮𝙖𝙣 𝙔𝙪𝙙𝙙𝙝𝙖 𝙆𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖 126.54, Bhagwan Rama returned to Ayodhya during the Pushya Nakshatra without any hindrance (तो गङ्गां पुनरासाद्य वसन्तं मुनिसंनिधौ । अविघ्नं पुष्ययोगेन श्वो रामं द्रष्टुमर्हसि ॥ ५४ ॥). Even Bharat ji was born during Pushya Nakshtra.

According to 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙨𝙮𝙖 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣 263.7, Pushya Nakshatra is considered as prestigious (पुष्यो मृगशिरास्तथा। अनुराधा तथा स्वाती प्रतिष्ठादिषु शस्यते ॥ ७).

According to 𝙉𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣 (𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙖 𝙗𝙝𝙖𝙜𝙖 𝘿𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙮𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙙𝙖) 56.175, coronation or राज्याभिषेक (politics), auspicious work, flag hoisting, temple construction, etc. is considered auspicious on Pushya Nakshatra.

According to 𝙉𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣 (𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙖 𝙗𝙝𝙖𝙜𝙖 𝘿𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙮𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙙𝙖) 56.174, Pushya Nakshatra plays an important role in bringing victory. Modi must be thinking about not only his victory but also that of his party.

According to 𝙉𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙙 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣 (𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙫𝙖 𝙗𝙝𝙖𝙜𝙖 𝘿𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙮𝙖 𝙋𝙖𝙙𝙖) 56.200, Pushya Nakshatra brings desired results in auspicious works.

According to 𝙎𝙠𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣𝙖 𝙉𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙝𝙖𝙣𝙙-𝙐𝙩𝙩𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙝 Chapter no 168-173, Sage Jamadagni was also born on Pushya Nakshatra.

According to 𝙈𝙖𝙩𝙨𝙮𝙖 𝙋𝙪𝙧𝙖𝙣 129.31–32, Bhagwan Shiva destroyed Tripura during the Pushya Nakshatra (पुष्ययोगेण निर्माणं पुराणां च भविष्यति ॥ ३१ पुष्ययोगेण च दिवि समेष्यन्ति परस्परम् । पुष्ययोगेण युक्तानि यस्तान्यासादयिष्यति ॥ ३२ पुराण्येकप्रहारेण स तानि निहनिष्यति।).

According to 𝙋𝙪𝙟𝙮𝙖 𝙎𝙝𝙧𝙞 𝙎𝙬𝙖𝙢𝙞 𝘼𝙣𝙟𝙖𝙣𝙞 𝙉𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙖𝙨𝙨, for centuries, Pushya Nakshatra has been considered a symbol of auspiciousness in our country. Although the deity of Pushya Nakshatra is Saturn (Shani). Saturn is a powerful planet. Its deity is Jupiter (Brihaspati). Therefore, it is considered an auspicious Nakshatra. Being auspicious and influential, it brings victory. On Tuesday, Sarvartha Yoga is also with Pushya Nakshatra, then it will benefit Aries, Scorpio, Gemini if they buy something or do some auspicious work. Jupiter is its Deity, so it is a factor of gold. Saturn is a factor of iron. There is a strong possibility of victory in it. That is why Modiji's Purohit chose this special day and nakshatra for his nomination. However, even today, there is so much respect and love for Modiji in the public that he does not need these external supports. Kashi is the city of Bhagwan Shiva, Jupiter & Saturn both are Bhagwan Mahadev's disciple. This doubles the importance of Kashi. Also, the speciality of Kashi influences other districts as well. Rigveda 1.191.12 (पुष्यम् < पुष्य) also considers this Nakshatra auspicious. This yoga will also have its effect on the whole of Uttar Pradesh. It is a bright constellation and hence it is also considered as a star. Thursday is called Guru Pushya Nakshatra and Sunday is called Ravi Pushya Nakshatra. Rest of the days it brings auspiciousness in the form of Sarvartha Nakshatra.

We hope that Pushya Nakshatra is auspicious for the entire country and the world as well.
