@AntonyBullet @TheEuropeanLad@lfcnrj Totally agree! It would have been great to see him follow in Henry's footsteps. Plus, I think he could be the goal-scoring machine that Arsenal lacks to reach the top.
🌟 New iOS Release 🌟
Jomo is releasing new features alongside the iOS 18 update!
🙂 You can now block apps until you log your mood in the Health app (State of Mind). Great for building the habit of tracking emotions and avoiding certain apps when you're feeling down.
Do I know anyone working at Apple and using @one_sec_app?
You don’t have to expose yourself, but it would be great if you could ensure that these Radars go to the right team(s) and receive some attention! (all screen time api related).

@michael_tigas Can you reproduce this issue? The "Focused Work" focus filters I've set up don't seem to run either on my iOS 18 phone. I know you have quite a bit of experience with app intents. :)
SetFocusFilterIntent seems to be broken on iOS 18 Beta 5. The `perform()` method is not called when a focus mode is turned on or off.
To the iOS developers out there, is this something you are also observing in your apps?
@stevenwebdev @gat0rtheskater@_MaxBlade@marclou Would you mind sharing which location you chose? I'm still located in France for both company and income.
Recently downloaded @getjomo to block literally all my apps on my phone and laptop between 10pm-11am and 3-5pm.
Honestly I'm 4 days in and this is the best thing I've done for a long time.
I never would have predicted how much impact not being able to use social media/the internet at certain times would have on my productivity.
I give myself 3 options during this time.
- Deep/boring work that usually involves writing/planning
- Reading a book
- Housework
It's never been so easy for me to just get on with and do these things simply because I know I can't access anything for short dopamine hits.
Highly recommend anyone who reads this to try it.
@ios_dev_alb Currently working on Jomo, an app that helps you build healthy screen time habits.
If you need help focusing, feel free to try it out!

@nireyal@getjomo If you want to go beyond 3-day detoxes and actually build healthy screen time habits that last, give Jomo a try. 😉

@nireyal Here's mine for last week, with an average of 1h20 of daily screen time. I am using the @getjomo app to track my screen time and set up smart blocking rules that I can maintain in the long term. Some of these have been running for 779 days on my phone!
How did your last weekly screen time report look? It’s okay to share; this is a safe space.
If you’re shocked and embarrassed about your screen time, a digital detox will NOT save you in the long run.
One study found that reducing screen time, rather than eliminating it, yields better results over time. This is because participants who reduced their smartphone use had to exercise their own agency and control.
The good news is, you’re not “addicted” to your smartphone. You simply need to learn how to use the tool as opposed to letting the tool use you.
Repost this if you’re done cycling through digital detoxes!
