Symon Keiser ran a personal-best 8:19.13 in the 3000m, ranking 7th in NDSU history.

Symon Keiser ran a personal-best 4:07.77 in the mile, placing 4th among collegiate athletes in the meet.

He's now 7th-fastest in NDSU history in the event.

So great seeing @thomas_dietel racing tonight at UST. A little tweak in the hamstring in finals following a great preliminary 60m Dash. Thomas was the 2019 MRC MVP, set 2 school records, won 2 state Relay championships, and was a key part of a team state championship.
