Building SaaS from 0 → 10K
Ideas, products, failures, small wins.
And everything that happens in between.
Just building. 🚀

[Marc Lou @marclou]

I made $217,071 in September 2026.

✂️ Margin: 90%

The HYROX experiment https://t.co/49RnsFBVzP inflates this month's revenue, but it's the best month ever for my marketplace https://t.co/MZc8tGa5LQ ($53K) and my SaaS https://t.co/3EDxln5U2Q ($31K).

I do everything solo, and I'm not going to lie, I'm fucking proud of myself.

Since I was a kid, I've been told to focus on one thing. I find that boring. I want to play and try a bunch of things.

I never felt confident because nothing really worked out for 7 years. I ended up being average at everything: coding, marketing, design...

But building 37 startups (https://t.co/4zCWHGJWRq) taught me something far more important: resilience, discipline, and optimism.

Over the past decade, those skills have compounded. I now run a tiny portfolio of startups making $1M+/year, sleep 8 hours a night, work out 2 hours a day, and spend plenty of time with my wife.

Anything is possible if you're hungry.

Believe in yourself.

@Gregoirechp totally real

It's been 2 days since I've been immersed in Opus 5.5 testing all kinds of motion design and it's crazy. 🤯

I still can't believe it.

If you're SaaS founders, I made you a doc to create motion designs with Claude Opus 5.5. 📖📘

If you want it, let's connect. 💫

@Declan_on_X Hello new boss

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

@ZenModeJon You have gained more time than anything else, he didn't come, probably a guy who is not serious and doesn't want to work.

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

@its_shevi hellooooo iphone

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

@MaxHirsch13 lets goooo

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

@miketromba it's clearly madness

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

Best model right now:

1. GPT-6.1 Sol
2. Claude Opus 5.5
3. Grok 4.7
4. Gemini 4 Pro

If you had to choose just one to pay for, which would it be?

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

@RaphaelAubryy And the motion designers don't tremble?

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

We agree, they completely took over my color identity, right?????

@OpenAI I want explanations

[OpenAI @OpenAI]

Introducing dots, powered by GPT-6 Astra.

Remarkably capable, always-on agents built to handle everything.

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

@FlowHaa Hello boss, check https://t.co/LuEiJJji3c I'm waiting for your feedback.

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

I'm 20 and I built a Mac app that fixes your text in any app with one keyboard shortcut.

Dozens of people now pay for it.

Best decision so far: I spent a full day making it work on Windows. Then I dropped it. Ship where your users already are.

What's one feature you killed that made your product better?

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

@JodylGonsalves that means we all pay €40

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

@RaphaelAubryy 🤣🤣🤣

[Thomas POINTEL @thomasaas0]

Who made the best motion design the fastest possible⚡️

I start with this one, I took 30 minutes with Opus 5.5

Repost just below what you did, I really want to see the most creative ones 🎨

Make me dream 👇

@itsvlady I'm too scared to brush my teeth.
