Get real! I only keep receipts for large purchases. Also when it has your logo on it, it's a manufacturing default I'm going to the manufacturer.

@CraghoppersUK Yes. Funny how they changed their tune after I took this public. This could have and should have been dealt with privately and quickly from the start?! I would have been mortified if my product looked like that. Instead you've put me off the brand and made this go public.

@CraghoppersUK Quality products from @CraghoppersUK 🫣 Think I'll stick to other brands. Customer service don't care as you're expected to keep every single receipt for every single small purchase you ever make. No offer of a repair or replacement.
