@vintedUK @InPostUK I've contacted @vintedUK and they claim they "are obliged to follow our established processes in such a situation and are not able to offer compensation".

I packaged exactly as instructed by InPost and the damaged was caused when in their hands.

Sold a book on @vintedUK - sent via @InPostUK. I packaged in an envelope designed for books. At some point between putting it in a locker and being delivered, it got soaked in one corner. Now, Vinted say it's my fault and refusing to release the funds to me.

How is this right?

@MamaMoose_Be @Ocado I had this issue with my Christmas shop and it ended up smashing a glass jar in one of the bags.

Delivery driver noticed before he handed me the shopping, so everything in the same crate had to go back (60% of my Christmas food because they'd crammed so much into just 3 bags)

Hi @VonHaus_uk … I’ve just got a new desk fan from you with a remote control but the range on the remote is only around 6foot. That doesn’t really help since the disabled person using it is at least 10ft away. Is this right?

I can send it back as it only arrived yesterday, but if the remote should work better, the fan is great, so I'd like to get it working.
