@emmagannon So much love for you. I support highstriving women through burnout recovery (and compassionately preventing its return!), and that performative action is a real catalyst for burnout. It can take 6-12 months of recovery in my experience, depending on if there is adrenal fatigue.

@EimearFreelance Oh bless all the pets! I remember my grandparents used to give a mild sedative in dog chocolates to their dog (this was the 80s, it was prescribed by their vet). All the babies also dislike fireworks... rough night.
