Evil is real. There is no doubt, the enemy is hard at work.
These last few days, the weight of evil has been heavy across our nation.
But this I know: It will not have the final word. One day, God will make all things right.
Until then, we pray. We weep with those who weep. And we keep fighting, knowing the victory has already been won.
JK has been an huge part of the NGU Baseball family. JK spent 5 years as a player and 4 years as a coach. His dedication, and passion have played a major role in our program’s success.
We are proud of you and wish you the best in your next chapter.
Much love to Coach Love! ⚾️
Josh Williams | North Greenville University | OF with 2 years of eligibility
I have entered into the transfer portal. Thank you North Greenville University for everything!
In my two years at NGU I slashed at an:
avg .304/ OB: .456/ Slg .552/ OPS 1.008
(843)-319-2803
The first 20-win team in #D2Baseball...@NGUBaseball!
They sit 9-3 in @ConfCarolinas play after a sweep of Emmanuel and are on a tear offensively, per usual (hitting .330 as a team).
Brett Blomquist is on a tear, speaking of, he's hitting .460! Six other qualified hitters are hitting above .320. Just a great offense that's tough to beat all around.
The pitching staff has been solid, pitching to a 3.42 ERA. Bennett Roemer has been the lead behind the success, he has a 2.70 ERA on the season.

I have decided to continue the NGU family tradition! Thank you, Coach Powell, for giving me this great opportunity to play for a great program! #commited
John Michael Faile is the first player in #Reds history to homer in each of his first three games in High-A.
The only other players in history to accomplish the feat?
Barry Bonds, Miguel Cabrera, Aaron Judge.
I am excited to announce my commitment to THE Ohio State University to continue my baseball and academic career.
Being a first-generation college student, this milestone signifies more than just continuing to play the sport I love. It represents the years of hard work, determination, and the unwavering support of my family.
A special thanks to my closest friends, who have been like family to me throughout this journey. Your support and belief in me have been invaluable.
Growing up, I often found myself as one of the few Indian players on the field. Despite the rarity of Indian representation in baseball, I embraced my cultural background and used it as a source of strength and motivation.
There aren’t many Indian athletes in baseball, and that’s all the more reason for me to push forward and pave the way for others. I want to show other Indian athletes that they too can achieve their dreams, no matter how unconventional it may seem.
Ohio State represents not just an opportunity for me to further my baseball career, but also a platform to inspire the next generation of Indian athletes.
To all aspiring athletes out there, especially those from underrepresented communities: Keep pursuing your dreams. Surround yourself with people who believe in you, and never let go of your passion. Your journey might be different, but it’s those differences that make your story special. Embrace them and keep moving forward.
As I step onto the field in Ohio State colors, I carry with me the hopes and dreams of many. My commitment is not just to a sport or a university, but to a legacy of inspiration and determination.
