@KLM i've (finally) been 4+ hrs on the phone with you today. tldr: one part of your company does not know what the other part knows. in this case one part take money from direct bank transfer, the other part (issuing tickets) does not know of that. but there's more...

@KLM one part of your company says: sorry, this may be our fault, but you will need to contact *our* middle man (the bank you use) and deal with this. if you want your flight tickets, you can buy them at market value (which atm was almost double). so basically "fu", in plain english.
