@InvertTheWing Understudy? He’s a level above Maddison. Maybe not season 1. But he’s already better and more well rounded. And if politically/dynamics we start the season with Madders as 10, he’ll get injured and Scott won’t lose the spot.
3/ While @AndyBurnhamGM politics differ wildly to mine and seems clueless about economic remit a country with such debt can do, it is refreshing to see someone who seems to have integrity running for leader of a main party. Something I don’t think we’ve seen for a long time.
2/ my politics desire (roughly) the same fairness in society as @UKLabour but disagree completely how to achieve it with career politics clueless about biz, taxation and the economy. While also not connecting to the common man/woman on a human level.
1/ Despite being a target voter of @UKLabour, I have never voted for them. For many reasons. Want equality of opportunity (with safety nets), they want equality of outcome. Too soft on crime, immigration and overspend while underinvesting (in infrastructure, energy and education)
@InvertTheWing If Portugal win WC, which is more than possible, and Bruno is player of the tournament. Could he win it given his individual performances in Prem or the lack of trophies / CL performances rule him out? Huge long shot, but is it a long shot or impossible?
@elonmusk I think Hamilton is missing one important thing, that the greatest resource to create power and success is not what’s under the ground but what’s in the heads of the people who walk the earth above it.
@Craig1Osullivan We were linked a few years ago with Alex Scott of Bournemouth back when he was at Bristol City. Spurs fan. Highly technical. Great work effort. Good u21s tournament. I don’t know why we aren’t in for him.
@CadWMC Difference is that the other country wants them and British expats in their 20s/30s who are leaving are generally well educated and relatively healthy, rather than a drain on the system
@RachelReevesMP Stop the lies. You’re taxing teachers, Drs, electricians, plumbers, managerial staff, etc, half of their wages. 20 pc on anything they then want to buy. And god forbid they ever want to buy a house, thousands of pounds for that too.
@RicharlisonSZNx It’s Kane. Sorry, but it is. Son was barely involved in the UEFA Cup run. And just lifted it at the end. Plus, the only reason he’s still hear is because he’s fallen off so much no bigger club has come in for him. Which is fine by me, love him. But Kane is the bigger legend.
