Read this post from @TedNordhaus today and it made me break my long absence from Twitter.
I know Matt Marzano - he has a lot of experience and knows we need changes at the NRC. I strongly support his nomination to the NRC.

Been off twitter since Elon took over. Logged back in to archive my data. Might be my last tweet, who knows. Anyway, if you need me, don't reach out here - text or email is best.
What is this paragraph even doing in this @nytimes story about the attack on Paul Pelosi? And how does it come *before* the paragraphs about how Nancy Pelosi has been the target of right-wing attacks for years?
.@elonmusk has been the sole owner of Twitter for 48 hours, and is now using the platform to promote vile conspiracy theories against Nancy Pelosi's husband, who is still in the hospital after being violently assaulted with a hammer
I cannot get over this. There was an assassination attempt on the Speaker of the House by the exact kind of GOP ultra-radical that sacked the Capitol two years ago, and it is RUNNING BELOW THE FOLD IN THE NEW YORK TIMES. Our news and political culture broken beyond repair.

@pwnallthethings $15 billion is lunacy. I can't imagine what the money was spent on. Let's just say they had tons of people working on it, all making $200k. That would be 75,000 people. Facebook only has ~72,000 employees.
Now that California has dethroned Germany as the fourth largest economy in the world, maybe the state can take pointers on what urban transit should look like?
Schumer and Biden could go to the cameras tomorrow and say Oz spilled the beans about the Republican plan to let local GOP politicians into the (figurative) room to decide whether women can have abortions. Nationalize the gaffe, clarify the stakes.
