TL;DR Microsoft employees share experiences after MS IT deploys Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (which uses a loop back VPN to scan links for phishing) on all phones enrolled in Intune. Conditional access for the Outlook app is now mandating Defender for MDM enrolled phones.
