@Antonia73550765 @LloydSewing Probation staff are duty bound to submit recall paperwork based on information they have and it’s the Home Office that make the decision to recall. Probation staff don’t have that authority. The offender can appeal the decision if i remember correct.

Interesting day on Seeds day 2 workshop. Value of observing staff, encouraging reflection/review of practice. Considering the ‘culture’ in offices and NPS as a whole. For me it is all of that and also the culture as a black female manager and how this impacts the dynamics!
