@edinhelp Thank you . It’s all sorted now

[Stella thomson @ThomsonStella]

.@edinhelp . The protective fencing around the the SGN roadworks at the Junction of Comiston Road/Comiston View has been blown into the single lane remaining downhill lane on Comiston Road and vehicles are having to cross the central reservation to get passed.

[Stella thomson @ThomsonStella]

.edinhelp there are some heavy highway maintenance vehicles parked on George 1v bridge last night outside Augustine Church. The one with registration BJ21MDX was leaking some oily substance . Could you please alert them and ensure the oil spill is removed from the cycle lane.

@overlandertheb1 I’ll take my chances with an imperfect world and a bit of muddling through

A story 5000 years in the making.

Last summer, I visited the Ness of Brodgar on Orkney before it was finally buried. I was given special permission to make a new aerial image for my Fabricated Land photoweave series but I felt the story of the dig's final season deserved more attention. @SmithsonianMag agreed and sent me back. Essay by @PeterAlanRoss who was also roaming there in summer and returned again after the site was buried. I love his writing and am honoured to be published alongside this essay.

Please enjoy:

@scottishcanals @SustransScot @Edinburgh_CC @transcotland Excellent news. Thank you for responding.

[Stella thomson @ThomsonStella]

@scottishcanals @SustransScot @Edinburgh_CC @transcotland For context this is a very useful quiet and quick connection between Bruntsfield and Haymarket through a series of little cut throughout and crossings

[Stella thomson @ThomsonStella]

@scottishcanals @SustransScot @Edinburgh_CC @transcotland Will it be possible during the path closure period to cross the Leamington lift Bridge and head down to Fountainbridge on Gilmore Park?

Call for low traffic neighbourhoods across city https://t.co/C8fYXW312o

[Stella thomson @ThomsonStella]

.@edinhelp could someone be sent to check temporary traffic lights on Comiston Road around south of Comiston Springs Avenue. They seem to be stuck on Red in the downhill ( towards city) direction, possibly in the other direction too. Queues and frustrations building

This anti-car commercial produced by a car company will always be funny.

This is heartbreaking.

Even more heartbreaking that it's not the first time the athletics community has lost such an incredible female athlete to domestic violence. 💔

It needs to stop! RIP Rebecca. 🙏

@julebandel @edtiss @TheBikeStation @EdCriticalMass How annoying. I hope someone recognises it and you get it back
