Strange that I got the parking ticket in the first place, as had everything displayed correctly 🤷♂️
@stradivarius Understand this but when you’re purchasing Christmas presents retailers are normally flexible with this policy. Seems this isn’t the case with yourselves and as such will shop elsewhere in future.
@stradivarius purchased Christmas presents and taken back to Lakeside branch just out of 30 days due to reasons above. Been informed there is nothing they can do, apparently no exchange, credit or refund.

@TfL How about cancelling lost / stolen cards? I have one with a negative value due it being used when I was unable to cancel the card due to options being unavailable 🤷♂️🤷♂️

If only I had the ability to cancel the card, but @TfL oystercard site still doesn’t work and telephone lines, well that’s just waiting forever..

How can I cancel / transfer (although probably not much left on card now) as online website and mobile app still unable to provide this option due to cyber incident from earlier this year 🤷♂️

Accidentally dropped my Oystercard at the event and luckily it was found - by someone else who decided to use it themselves rather than hand-in.
Oh well, at least I was able to provide some value today 🤷♂️
