Our bipartisan Federal Contractor Cybersecurity Vulnerability Reduction Act passed the House over a year ago.

Federal contractors handle some of the most sensitive government data in the country and they are not required to implement vulnerability disclosure policies. Without this, we are leaving a gaping hole in our cybersecurity defenses. This bill closes the gap by holding contractors to the same standards already required of federal agencies.

One loophole is all a bad actor needs. We are not waiting for it to happen.

We introduced the No Immigration Without Assimilation Act to require mandatory assimilation screenings before any immigration benefit is approved. If your views are incompatible with the values of the United States, you refuse to assimilate into American culture, or your presence would be detrimental to American cultural cohesion, you will be denied entry into this country.

If you are already here and do not align with American values, this bill makes you deportable.

This is about putting America first, and we will not apologize for it.

When a survivor finds the courage to come forward, the last thing they should face is having their personal history, medical records, and private life dragged into a courtroom to be used against them.

Too often, survivors are the ones put on trial, interrogated about their past instead of the crime committed against them.

We introduced the Rape Shield Enhancement Act to flip the script. This bill strengthens legal protections so the courtroom can no longer be used to smear victims and rehash their past. It is about going after the predator, not the person they preyed on.

We are closing the gaps the system has left open for too long.
