@easyJet still waiting for update on my compensation claim I made 30 days ago when my flight cancelled.., track my claim has no update?? 28 days is the published timescales ☹️
@bt_uk no one answers you phones, spent all day yesterday on hold. Online chat doesn’t work, can’t register a complaint online either - says something went wrong 🤷♀️ 79 year old mum living alone HELP i need her line mended ASAP.
@ruthers50@easyJet I wouldn’t of had to of they’d told me it was cancelled as you don’t pay difference in fare 🤷♀️ but they’ve just not cancelled it 😐
