Note to self:
If you’re complaining about how hard things are, they aren’t really that hard.
If they were, you wouldn’t have the energy to be complaining this much.
I am constantly amazed that, even in the most complex of scenarios, the next right step is almost always crystal clear.
Even if you can’t see the final step, the next right step is almost always clear.
If you have the same limiting beliefs you’ve always had, how long do you think it’ll be before those become the cap on your business growth?
In fact, they probably already are the cap.
Owners who consistently overcomplicate things usually do it for one of two reasons:
1. Arrogance: "It's super complicated but of course I totally understand it and you don't."
2. Indecision: "It's super complicated so of course I cannot make a decision."
Both make bad leaders.
