"Erasing women and women-specific language and needs based on their sex is not only wrong, but also demeaning, regressive and constitutes one of the worst forms of violence that women and girls can experience," @UNSRVAW Reem Alsalem told the @UN Human Rights Council.

I wrote in the Times last week that it’s becoming abundantly clear that despite the Supreme Court judgment women are going to have to continue to take legal action to protect their rights.
It’s great to see @jk_rowling launch a fund specifically to help women do that 💪
Alan 'Sarah Jane' Baker, served 30 years in prison for violent crimes. Initially convicted of kidnap and torture, he was given extra time after trying to murder a cellmate. At a Trans+ Pride event in 2023, Baker told the crowd: 'If you see a TERF, punch them in the f****** face.'
The majority of the public, including Labour voters, support the Supreme Court ruling that the definition of a woman is based on biology.

Karen is a hero. I grew up in Darlington. These are my people. This is the local hospital my family use. I feel sick to my stomach that so many men (and women) will read this and not give a toss - not change their minds one iota. Shame on the lot of them:

Empathy and compassion are completely switched off when it comes to women who are harmed by men claiming access to their spaces and resources. I think it is part of the superior 'education' some 'feminists' pride themselves on having undergone https://t.co/2q2eR19c30
The @EHRC Code of Practice on Services, Public Functions and Associations (2011) is now marked as "under review" .
I hope this will encourage stakeholders to approach it with care, consider the judgment in @ForWomenScot and comply with the law.

How can a once reputable organisation publish such nonsense and expect to continue to be taken seriously? The Supreme Court have spoken. The grift is over. Now we just need apologies from Ruth Hunt, Nancy Kelley et al for throwing LGB people under the bus.
As many have pointed out, the judgment of the Supreme Court not only has immediate effect, but is a declaration of what the law *has been* since the Equality Act came into force in 2010.
Letters from Ex Stonewall CEO & a parent of trans-identifying young person
"It has been catastrophic for a generation of trans-identified youth to have been misled into thinking their wellbeing is dependent on everyone in society colluding in pretence.."

This is so, so cathartic to read. Absolutely brilliant piece from @msjlindsay, on those who've hounded women, those who've enabled the hounding, and the uptick in abuse and threats since the Supreme Court confirmed that women have sex-based rights 🔥🔥🔥
