@spamsieve I was prompted to update, then convert my DB, and THEN saw I need to pay for the update. Maybe I missed something early in the process, but it wasn't a happy process FYI.

@cwodtke The obvious answer: UX is trained in design, i.e. technical skills others lack. I see this question arise when 1) UX is so accustomed to making lives easier that they don't reveal their technical skills or 2) they don't actually have those skills.
