@ted_ryce At 55 I can do all but the 8 min mile, I sprint and walk, but hardly ever just jog. Few months ago I did jog a mile for fun, it was 9 something. Also as a calisthenics guy, I haven’t put weight on a bar for bench or squats in many years, so I literally don’t know about those two
