@nyan_satan Do you believe a similar approach could be taken to get the iPhone 5c running iOS 6? There's no kernels in internal builds but since the SoC is the same that should not be a problem.
@nyan_satan@averageun1x Looking forward to the writeup, do you think that these methods could be used for other cursed CFWs? IIRC there are many instances of unsupported device kernels being present in NonUI.

TellurideNanshan 9A2306f Desense InternalUI booted on an iPhone 4 (N90AP). I have made a custom untethered DRA IPSW for this build, this is the full build, not "internalized" stock iOS. Downloads for this CFW and install instructions in the replies. #AppleInternal
Put your 3GS into DFU mode. Run Legacy-iOS-Kit, select restore custom IPSW in the restore menu and pick the 8A133 IPSW. After the restore, if your device is on a black screen, run Legacy-iOS-Kit again and under "Useful Utilities" install alloc8.

Repaired by @KaidenAC and I. This was very annoying to do, it took over a month, but it works now.
A download link for the 3GS custom IPSW will be provided tomorrow.
