I’m all for just straight up banning corporations from owning residential property, but I don’t know if that’ll ever happen, and this could be a step in the right direction

I currently believe I’m with my soulmate, but I had a pretty long term relationship before this one and it was full of so many positives. We learned so much about ourselves, our needs, we basically learned how to be adults together.

Unlike cars, cyclists actually have a full view of what’s in front of them and are going slow enough that they can stop if needed

Looking at any statistics about this you’ll see that the addition of bike lanes has greatly improved how many people choose to cycle.

There are also plenty of places that SHOULD be walkable that literally have no sidewalk.

I only drive when I actually want to get out of town or take a road trip.

A street is not defined by what you can and can’t do with a car. Cars are only one part of what roads do

Same thing is happening with weed now. Now that it’s legal there is nowhere near as much being said of by drug dealers, and way less disputes between gangs
