People who spend long periods of time at home and slowly lose the desire to go outside often think they're just resting. But psychologically, many of them are experiencing something called mental rumination. It's a state where the brain starts slowing down while the number of thoughts inside keeps increasing and the motivation to do anything slowly disappears. The mind gets stuck in the past, worries about the future and burns itself out. This isn't laziness, it's a nervous system stuck in survival mode. And the longer it lasts, the more distant normal life begins to feel. And the difficult part is that you usually can't escape it through one massive burst of motivation. And sometimes, recovery starts with just one small step.
My definition of rich has changed 3 times.
At 25 it was a Honda car.
At 35 it was building a unicorn.
At 46 it is an empty Tuesday afternoon and nobody waiting for a reply.
Money could buy the first two.
The most expensive turns out to be the third one.
Easiest ways to get rich:
1. Sell men lust
2. Sell women beauty
3. Sell parents peace
4. Sell kids dreams
5. Sell the rich safety
6. Sell the broke hope
Same game. Different packaging.
It took me 33 years to realize, no matter how much you trust your close friends and family, don't tell them everything. It's 100% okay to keep your mouth shut.
Ages between 20-26:
- If you are not married
- Haven't gotten a big salary yet
- Still renting a house
- Still struggling with career
Don't worry, all this is God's plan and don't let people rush us, Keep praying
