It’s important to publish -ve studies. it’s much harder than publishing +ve ones (my extensive personal experience). We learn a lot from what went wrong and stops us making the same mistakes twice. A single positive trial doesn’t define the truth. It’s usually more complex.

V surprising Ph2 trial outcomes of T790M+ osi vs osi+bev. ORR improved 55 to 72%, but PFS worse (HR 1.44, p0.2). Worse PFS with prior bev. Reduced TTF, but no impact on OS. No major tox issues. Conclusion: keep to osi mono (AURA3) if T790M+ @OncoAlert #ESMO20
