@TMFanSupport got a couple of events coming up Friday and Saturday that require immediate assistance as the tickets were never mailed out to me. There is an option to convert to mobile on the order but it keeps giving an error. Need assistance ASAP #help

@eliotter @Ticketmaster @tylerthecreator Depends on the event and artist/promoter. Some events won’t get enabled on Ticketmaster for a variety of reasons. However, it’s generally possible to resell them elsewhere, especially if the mobile transfer option is enabled.

@daweeezl @Ticketmaster What you could do instead (assuming mobile transfer eventually becomes enabled) is to list and sell the tickets on a different platform like @StubHub as an example. Can learn to do so here:

@daweeezl @Ticketmaster What’s your event? It’s possible ticket transfer may not open up until 24-48hr before the event takes place. As for resale, check the Ticketmaster event page to see if others have listed tickets. If no, then the event just isn’t enabled.
