Lost phone and no accountability with the driver that disappeared just after my ride when i call him back to ask if he didn't see my iPhone
They driver only responds to Support 3 days later. No accountability from Bolt at all or driver at al

From Friday the 10thJan25 the Bolt driver was not responding to my calls and was also unreachable to the Bolt Support team to answer if he saw my iPhone
Today all of a sudden he says he didn't see it
So disappointing!

This driver must be blocked
I have reported the matter to the police and i habe a case number.
