@XLNBusiness your attitude over the phone in resolving issues is disgraceful. We moved out of our studio 9 months ago and have continued to pay for your internet services even though we did not require it.
The lack of professionalism by your credit control team is something I have never experienced before. You say you offer internet solutions for small business, quite the opposite. I will be contacting the UK trading standards to make a formal complaint.
