@HWarlow One of my favourite artists!… some of his work look like portals to a world similar to ours but not exactly the same… where other smaller beings are always just stepping out of your sight, aware you’re there…watching…
@emmakennytv Why do they understand this @emmakennytv? It’s an egregious oversight if they don’t know all of the facts. It’s bordering on evil if they do… 💔
@Milajoy Can anyone spare the time to explain to me what the outcome was and how things move forward for Spencer from here. I love him and his approach to campaigning, and his promise to look after vulnerable groups with a clear plan. I’m from Uk tysm in advance :) :)
@HWarlow The second picture has the type of path you must meander down slowly, hands clasped behind your back while looking for the bees among the flowers and listening for the birds calling to each other. Delightful!
@spencerpratt Wishing you nothing but success from England. You’ve found your purpose after the most difficult, terrifying time in your community- you were born for this, we can see it from all the way over here :D God bless.
@TrevorPTweets@gracebrod1e@EHRC Tysm for this thoughtful post. It’s clear you have a panoramic perspective of the issues involved. Sex *is* a protected characteristic and as such specific people need to be centred in the discussion. (Sometimes that’s females which seems to be overlooked often).
@notgwendalupe So hell bent on affirming this man, they’ve depicted male onscreen violence towards a woman. As if to say “look this is how much we want you to know we affirm your womanhood, you get to slap a lass on screen” fucking dangerous.
The Giggle vs. Tickle ruling is disappointing, but not surprising.
I've posted about this before, but it is still relevant. In 2017, "Nova" Maday, a boy calling himself a girl sued his school district for not allowing him to change in the girls' locker room.
Despite being offered his own changing area and then subsequently allowed into the girls' locker room but asked to change behind a curtain, he deemed that made him "feel terrible."
In 2020, the school district settled, agreeing to pay this boy $150,000 because they had told him he couldn't violate girls' privacy, girls who had been begging them not to let him in.
After the decision, girls, who would have to change into swimsuits with this boy next to them, could be seen crying while Maday high fived his legal team.
Women truly are treated as subhuman. We aren't humans at all in many places, just an "identity," but on a positive note, at least in the United States and the UK, I think we've already hit rock bottom and are now slowly but surely crawling our way back up.
