The ironic thing about life is that you are a different person to everyone you meet. To some, you're quiet, to others, you never stop talking. Some remember you for your kindness, others for the time you walked away. You are a villain in someone's story, a hero in another's, & to some, you're just a passing thought, a name they once knew. You don't exist as one person, but as countless versions of yourself, shaped by fleeting moments and personal perceptions.
Here's what's unsettling: You will never truly know yourself the way others do. You will never hear your own laughter the way someone else does. You will never see the way your absence lingers in a room you used to fill. To yourself, you are just you. But in reality, you're a thousand different stories, none of which you will ever get to read.
I’m seeing a lot of guys like this.
They went from being on top of the world, making over $15K a month with a “loving family” waiting for them at home, to drinking themselves to sleep in the back of a bar after losing their career, working a job they fucking hate, losing their wife, and barely getting to see their kids.
Life is fucking brutal. Your entire reality can change faster than you think.
So if you’re doing good right now, be humble.
Somewhere in your 20s or 30s you'll get the opportunity to rebuild your life after a negative loop, heal from what broke you, live in your own space, reconnect with your discipline, and learn to love yourself again. It's very important that you see that journey through.
As a man, the most GANGSTA thing you can do as a man is get mad at yourself for wasting your potential and then rebuild your entire life from that ANGER. Don't ever settle. You're made for more.
Also pray for the ability to see your own faults, your own sins, your own hypocrisy, & ur own shortcomings. You should never get so carried away pointing fingers that you forget you, too, fall short.
>be Job
>rich, blameless, upright
>make Satan jealous
>make him nervous enough to attack
>lose property, family and health
>wife says curse God
>ignore wife
>stay faithful, don't blame God
>pass test
>get back double of what you lost
>be immortalized as euphemism for patience
Worst fate for man is being a capable coward.
It’s how you end up with a hot chick, great job and income but feeling miserable and resentful instead of grateful.
Because your capabilities allowed you to acquire something great but you didn’t have the balls to go after your true desires.
You seem successful on the outside but are unfulfilled on the inside, your potential feels like a curse.
Before you know it you fall into a self-destructive pattern to destroy what you have and start fresh.
But the cycle will repeat until you find the confidence to go after what you want in life.
