@sophiaharrisCBC Still ambiguous for me … what is meant by “COVID-19 two dose series”? Does it mean you have to have had 2 doses of a WHO approved vaccine … “individuals who have any combination of two doses of an FDA approved/authorized or WHO emergency use listed COVID-19 two-dose series … ”

my account last year but trying to re-open/re-apply. Although during signup it recognises my details, my number is not recognised and it then asks me to sign up again. Cant log in to app to chat with someone. Frustrating How do I get help??
