@susanabulhawa I tried digging into this and I don't think it's accurate. There are technologies that can delay or prevent rainfall and vice versa but the issue is scale. They operate at much smaller scales than an entire country to my understanding.

@StephenBeatty6 After the US withdrew they kept their commitments for an additional year to see if the Europeans could make it right. And then started further enrichment to gain leverage. This was still under IAEA supervision (not clandestine). It helps to read up before opining.

@AlanEyre1 I think first a distinction should be made between those that come to work/study vs some that may have plundered the wealth of the country. For the first group I think admitting them outweighs rejecting them because it exposes the hollowness of their parents' rhetoric.
