The $1 Million Season 1 of @Moku_HQ’s Grand Arena ended today, and I finished #2 on the leaderboard with an estimated payout of $103,000+.

After 3 months of grinding through the brutal bear market in crypto gaming, we finally hit the light at the end of the tunnel.

This was a big success for the Moku team. A live trial by fire like this let them iterate fast over 90 days. The season felt long and definitely had things to improve, but overall the direction was positive.

The introduction of $bRON was arguably the best liquidity injection I’ve seen in my 5 years in crypto gaming. It completely turned the season around halfway through.
@Ronin_Network deserves real credit for pushing bonded app/gaming tokens forward. Injecting liquidity into a game economy specifically for in-game spend is a great model, and the execution in the second half of the season was incredible.

Overall, this was one of the best web3 gaming experiments I’ve participated in, and one of the biggest payouts I’ve ever won from any video game.

- It was an easy opportunity to raise and rug, the market rewarded it. Opportunistic founders took it.

- Roblox did not start as a monetisation-first platform. Monetisation emerged after fun and repeat play sessions from millions of users were proven. The economy scaled because the product was validated and worked.

- The most successful games do not ask users to believe and act on future value, the provide immediate value on day 1.

- Most web3 games inverted the order. Monetised and shipped an economy before the game was finished. NFTs, tokens and yield expectations created forward-looking promises.

- Those promises materially affected decision making. Teams were locked into constraints and forced design decisions to protect token price for early users. This made experimentation almost impossible. If you changed direction, you rugged the community.

-Web2 games can kill features quietly (we killed 5 games in stealth before @fableborne ). Web3 games must justify every pivot publicly once assets exist.

- Web3 audiences are more forgiving on product quality and friction, less forgiving on unoptimized ROI. This itself puts focus on a team to deliver financial returns to a niche audience rather than build to match the experiences and production quality of web2 games to reach scale.

- The sequencing matters. Roblox went product, then creation and then economy.

- Most teams had no chance to succeed. They should have never received any funding.

We stand for human dignity. That is the bottom line. You can disagree on details of individual situations and what specific actions hurt or help, but the bottom line in resolving such issues must be a common agreement that the underlying goal is to protect the dignity of all people. This is more important than political teams.

There are also people who are on the same political team as you, but whose words and actions clearly demonstrate that they are not interested in human dignity - genuine *phobes who use appeals to freedom and life opportunistically. This must also be opposed. Again, the north star is human dignity. To be ultimately more interested not in pushing the people you oppose down, but in lifting the people you feel sympathy for up. If you observe the long-term pattern of how someone acts, you can tell.

What are Moki Classes?
Classes are specializations given to your Moki that helps determine additional stat bonuses.

There are 10 different classes, categorized as Generalists or Specialists, that shape what your Moki focuses on in Moki Mayhem matches.

Specialists: Specialists are Classes that excel at one Stat and have bonuses in two other Stats.

✨Striker: Excels in Dexterity and gets a stat bonus on Fortitude and Speed
✨Grinder: Excels in Fortitude and gets a stat bonus on Strength and Dexterity
✨Bruiser: Excels in Strength and gets a stat bonus on Defense and Fortitude
✨Defender: Excels in Defense and gets a stat bonus on Speed and Strength
✨Sprinter: Excels in Speed and gets a stat bonus on Dexterity and Defense

Generalists: Generalists are well-rounded Classes that have balanced Stats with the exception of one Stat.
