BREAKING: An NLRB judge has paved the way for 280,000 Amazon drivers to unionize.

The judge found that Amazon is a joint employer of these thousands of delivery drivers.

BREAKING: The Supreme Court has just ruled 6-3 that it is legal to criminalize homelessness.

The Court sided with an Oregon town that made it illegal to camp in public, overturning a decades long precedent that says criminalizing homelessness is cruel and unusual punishment.

Asking out of my own morbid curiosity: does Judge Glanville have a law clerk????? Because as someone who used to clerk in a state trial court, some of this stuff coming out seems like it could have been prevented with even just a tiny bit of legal research????
