Labour has cancelled my Conference Pass.
Absolutely pathetic, Trumpian behaviour.
They are here suggesting that attempts to question Cabinet members and MPs about Britain facilitating Israel's genocide is a "safeguarding issue".
This is clearly insane.
This camera should be exhibited one day in the Genocide Memorial built in memory of the innumerable victims of Israel's genocide in Gaza.
Shame on all journalists not raising their voice against the massacre of their brave Palestinian colleagues while documenting the genocide.
It's important to understand what is happening here - and what isn't.
This is not standing up for Palestinian rights.
This is treating Israel's legal obligations to NOT commit genocide against a people as NEGOTIABLE.
It is treating the right of statehood for Palestinians as non-absolute, but something that can be bargained with.
This is offering Israel a path to prevent a Palestinian state by simply following the minimum of international law (temporarily).
The UK is essentially offering Netanyahu a more effective and non-controversial path to achieve his goal of ensuring the continuation of the occupation.
I have never felt so shaken.
Children are dying of hunger. Falling one after another, like petals of a dying flower. Under our watch.
How do you sleep, Presidents, Foreign Ministers, political leaders, diplomats, civil servants - doing nothing to stop Israel’s starvation campaign?
PS: Talking politics while dodging genocide perfectly meets the definition of doing nothing.
Say it everyday but I truly can’t believe Starmer chose this to be his legacy. Starving an imprisoned population will define his premiership. Taking office after 14 miserable years was the widest open goal in history and this is what you did with it. The shame is beyond words
Hi @grok,
Can you give me a word to describe people who push the idea that 115 internationally renowned aid organisations telling them the same thing (Israel is causing starvation in Gaza) are ALL lying to them and that they should believe Benjamin Netanyahu instead?
For every politician and journalist who supported Israel's onslaught, or stayed silent:
This photograph should haunt you for the rest of your life.
You will never scrub the shame away. No future achievement, however great, will ever erase what you helped inflict on Gaza.
Jeremy Corbyn: I was asked to 'automatically support' Israel
And Corbyn said no:
“I will give no such undertaking, because the issue of Palestine has to be resolved and Palestinian people do not deserve to live under occupation”
Retweet if you agree with Corbyn
BBC News, "Witnesses said they held their hands in the air when Israeli soldiers started firing at them but that fire continued"
"The World Food Program said there were snipers and tank fire involved"
Is this a war crime @Keir_Starmer or just 'intolerable'?
Francesca Albanese calls for states to break Israel’s 🇮🇱 blockade of Gaza 🇵🇸:
‘Every Mediterranean state should use their navy to break the blockade and send humanitarian aid to Gaza 🇵🇸’
End the slaughter now
Get aid into Gaza 🇵🇸
Free Palestine 🇵🇸 today.
