@piskov @gruber Everyone already knows about the notch. This year, the point is to emphasise the black OLED screen in the XS, compared to the LCD in the cheaper XR.

It is a subtle way to distinguish the lineups - you could not take a similar promo shot with the cheaper phone.

@verysimple @marcoarment Yes. And even better if you can push them off the screen. Then you can rely on spacial memory, with minimal visual clutter. (I really hope Apple never abandons the honeycomb view.)
