I think one of the most frustrating feelings in the world is knowing exactly what you need to do to change your life, but still watching yourself not do it. It's not that you don't have the information. You know you need to wake up earlier. You know you need to work on that business. You know you need to stop wasting hours scrolling. You know you need to take care of your body. You know the habits that would completely change your life, but somehow you still find yourself doing the exact opposite. And that feeling is painful because deep down you know you're not stuck because you don't know what to do. You're stuck because you're not following through. The hardest part is watching yourself stand in front of the door to your dream life, knowing all you have to do is push it open, but still choosing to stay
where you are because the comfort of today feels easier than the discipline required for tomorrow. But at some point,you have to get tired of watching yourselfwaste your own potential.
