i've been at every @SolanaConf since the first breakpoint - for different reasons over the year (investors, partners, customers, team)

on any vector, it's incredible

this year my focus is primarily with the neobank and ai devs:

- i want to find the strongest mobile talent in the ecosystem. we've been investing heavily in building mobile chops and, especially for how fundamental mobile feels to the consumer experience, i continue to think this type of talent is heavily sparse in our community

- i want to find the new blood. i'm biased - i know everyone who's survived here since 2021 - but a community's ongoing health is always dependent on the new folks that come in, and i always love meeting the talent we pull from outside

and of course, it's always good catching up with old friends ☺️
