Chicago mother tries to deliver medicine to ICE processing facility—agent shoots "less than lethal" bullet directly into her neck.

She called ahead and was given permission—but they still refused to let her in.

"Give them the medicine for the person inside," she yells to agent when he finally opens the door—but instead he slams the door in her face.

That is when agent on rooftop fires a pepper ball—hitting the woman in her neck.

The medicine has still not yet been allowed to be delivered inside the Broadview facility. #DemsUnited
