Hope is essential to create the change we want to see in our lives and the world around us. Sure, some of us are more likely to have personalities that are hopeful versus pessimistic, but I'm here to say that hope is something you can CHOOSE and PRACTICE.

Emotions are often incorrectly categorized as either positive or negative. When we are taught some feelings are "good" and others are "bad," they get suppressed. Instead, emotions should be treated as signals giving us more information to decide how to move forward.
When's the last time you challenged your way of thinking about things? In order to challenge existing thought patterns and form new neural pathways, look for ways to challenge your way of thinking. Coaches (like me!) can help you find new ways of looking at old problems.
The first step to building more confidence is recognizing that you have the ability to develop it. Shut down the myths that you have to be born with it or already be successful to have it.
