Couldn’t disagree more. Gyms can be intimidating for many. Master the basics at home with bodyweight only to begin: squats, push ups, lunges, etc. once you feel comfortable then pick up the weights at gym or home.
As a beginner it’s not about dialed in focus, it’s about showing up.

The biggest mistake people make with home training is treating every day like it's day one.
You don't have to prove yourself every session. Some days are maintenance. Some days you push. Both count.
@mariotomich@CoachDanGo This breakfast is the 🐐 I add a scoop of protein powder, 50g oats and 10g chia seeds. Delicious, high protein and super satiating.
@esaagar Protein from collagen won’t stimulate muscle protein synthesis, so you’re likely only getting around 15g muscle building protein - still not bad for water
The best workout plan isn’t the fanciest.
It’s the one you’ll actually follow.
Even better if it:
- Fits your schedule
- Requires minimal equipment
- Doesn’t crush your joints
- Makes you feel strong
- Leaves you wanting to come back
You don’t need more hype.
You need a habit.
Get back on track with our free follow along workouts. You’ll never regret a good sweat!
