What's up with #lyft? My 80 year old mother in law's #lyft driver was arrested after driving at speeds in excess of 90 mph - without a license, leaving her abandoned in the cold at a gas station miles from her destination. #lyft left her abandoned her and charged her for the trip
Doesn't #lyft claim they protect their passengers? Driver spoke no english, had no license, violated traffic laws, and probably was not a citizen. How can an unlicensed driver be working for #lyft? How reckless to abandon a 80 yr old in a gas station! Call #morgan&morgan?
Just a reminder that #unitedairlines still sucks! Some companies learn from their mistakes and customer feedback… #unitedairlines uses those as an operating guide.
The mayor of Denver doesn’t seem to understand that the United States Army settled the question of states, counties and cities defying the federal government in a meeting at Appomattox in 1865 when General Lee surrendered. Denver attempting to block the federal government detention and deportation of illegal aliens would be an act of insurrection and would be immediately crushed by the federal government.
If you want to argue that Peanut's owner should have had a license, fine.
But, government agencies seem intent on punishing citizens rather than helping them. Want the dude to get a license? Help him. Offer resources.
You don't kill a dude's animals over a piece of fucking paper.
@GavinNewsom States can and do pass all kinds of laws…but that doesn’t mean they will be upheld by the courts. Why aren’t they fiscally responsible and legally review their efforts first?
