@Cernovich The Dell Family should be remembered into eternity for the level of generosity this was to American children. It’s a disgrace that anyone is speaking ill of them just because they’re in the spotlight. Shameful.

[Tiger Lily Capital @tigerlilycap]

@LeVeonBell Playoff game against Houston, Game 1 and now Game 2 of 2026, have been his worst games of his NFL career

[Tiger Lily Capital @tigerlilycap]

@FischerKing64 It’s pretty good money for teens and at the store management level as a career you can make $80-$120k. Not bad

[Tiger Lily Capital @tigerlilycap]

@MikeCalcara This is why I went with a new Suburban instead of a 1-2 year old one. They hold their value too well that I’d rather pay a more for brand new

[Tiger Lily Capital @tigerlilycap]

The reason democrats hate crypto and AI is that they realize they can no longer lie and pander false narratives once they’re both more engrained in our society. Good night

[Tiger Lily Capital @tigerlilycap]

@alexthegoodlife I took out a 5 year arm in 2019 (I’m also an idiot) if that makes you feel any better (smdh)

[Tiger Lily Capital @tigerlilycap]

@Cernovich This is insane we haven’t seen more companies follow in the footsteps of Michael Dell (admittedly some have but just for employees’ children).

[Tiger Lily Capital @tigerlilycap]

@MichaelDell Thank you!

Hi @JDVance @SecRubio @SecScottBessent please fix this messaging before the midterms

[Cernovich @Cernovich]

People don't believe that tech has made their lives better. Dressing people down for opposing data centers is a loser. "We have to beat China!" On what? Online gambling? AI slop memes? YouTube Shorts? Obviously there are bigger issues at work, but hello - bad messaging!

[Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent @SecScottBessent]

In her latest sciolistic letter to me, @SenWarren made it clear that she knows even less about foreign exchange markets than she does about banking.

What is equally shocking, but not surprising: not a single member of the media mob has a rudimentary-enough level of financial market literacy to spot her remedial error.

To reiterate: under @POTUS, the United States delivers for America’s trusted partners.

For a fuller explanation, I recommend Senator Warren take any entry level course in international finance for her and her staff, or I can personally give her a tutorial on Foreign Exchange for Dummies. Although I am not holding my breath, I hope her next letter will demonstrate that she has learned the difference between a currency purchase and a swap or a loan.

What costs are you saving though besides the GC fee? Are you saying you can spend more time to get the best sub contractor prices? Cuts both ways sometimes, you want guys who do a top knotch job but sometimes they’re not always the cheapest

Unless you’re doing some of the work yourself, I find that hard you’re building homes at such a discount. Maybe it’s the region your in
