I am now fully convinced major fraud is taking place in North Carolina crime stats.

Last night, I was researching a case when I kept noticing something odd.

A Hispanic suspect who was correctly labelled as "Hispanic" would strangely be "Caucasian" in other arrests.

This happened more than once, so I started digging.

Turns out, this CONSTANTLY.

In fact, even when a suspect is clearly Hispanic, even has an ICE detainer, and the option for Ethnicity is available to pick "H" (Hispanic)... they are OFTEN labelled as "Caucasian".

I didn't come across this once or twice.

I saw it hundreds and hundreds of times... the option to pick "Hispanic" is there, they just aren't using it.

They are purposely choosing the label of "WHITE CAUCASIAN" to identify CLEARLY Hispanic criminal illegal aliens from OTHER COUNTRIES.

This is massive fraud.

Richland County, South Carolina Dalhi Myers treated County taxpayers like her personal ATM and still walked away with a slap on the wrist.
This is the same former District 10 councilwoman who, while in office from 2016 to 2020, ran up county credit-card charges on a personal trip to Greece, department-store shopping, and Barnes & Noble runs. When The State requested the public records that exposed it, she scrambled to write a $27,000 “repayment” check that bounced, twice.
Prosecutors hit her with two dozen public-corruption counts. Nearly five years later, facing trial, she pleaded guilty to one count of misconduct in office and three counts of using her official position for financial gain. The judge gave her 10 years, then suspended it to three years of probation and ordered her to pay a measly $6,400 in restitution.
Now the Ethics Commission has dropped its own charges because they “mirrored” the criminal case she already skated through.
She abused the public trust, tried to paper over it with a rubber check, delayed justice for years, and still avoided real prison time.
That is not accountability. That is a master class in how little it costs some elected officials to treat taxpayer dollars as personal walking-around money. Richland County deserved better than Dalhi Myers.

South Carolina, Town of Edisto Beach, under Mayor W. Crawford Moore, Jr. and Town Administrator Mark D. Aakhus, got taken to the cleaners by a basic email fraud scheme in January? Foreign criminals walked off with taxpayer money because the town’s email security was apparently running on hopes and prayers? WAS IT AN INSIDE JOB? SOUNDS LIKE MONEY LAUNDERING.
They still won’t even tell residents how much was stolen. Just “an undisclosed amount.” Real transparent leadership right there. Then they pat themselves on the back for recovering 88.6% like that’s a win. The other 11.4%? Just gone. And we’re supposed to clap?
Donna Rizer, Jerome W. Kizer, Robert Renner, James R. Watts II, Joey Bagwell, the whole crew was either asleep or incompetent while this happened. Months later and still no one has been held accountable. No resignations. No public reckoning. Just a quiet little press release hoping no one notices.
This is what happens when small-town officials treat cybersecurity like an optional expense. Residents deserve better than this amateur-hour operation.
