@Parkersafc @TRobinsonNewEra The cps do not charge anyone without an investigation which is done by the police, the police illegally took away the phone under a flawed act which if was used to 20% of its ability then there would have been less attacks in the uk

@Parkersafc @TRobinsonNewEra So thanks for agreeing with what I said, the police investigated it after illegally taking the phone, then passed it onto the CPS. And the judge then said that the seizure was illegal, so yeah makes sense don't it that they was in the wrong.

Also if they lawfully seized it, how comes the case said it was illegal to seize the phone? You know by a judge? Who pass out sentences ?
