Day 6: Start - Jon tenders to his feet and preps for the final march to the finish!

The Doc patches up Mad Jon's feet as best as possible ready for tomorrow. Can Jon push through the pain of blisters, raw skin, swollen feet?

Day 7: Done! The MIT head back to Ladycross Plantation caravan park, relieved the day is done! Just one more day to go, then home and rest!

After a long, tiring and punishing day, Jon finally makes Glaisdale! Only 16 miles from the coast, it makes tomorrow seem relatively short!

The Bikers do a third the distance as moral support for Jon. They then jump back onto their bikes to finish the day.

The bikers, now on foot alongside Jon, get a true first hand appreciation of the scale of the challenge. Mad Jon deserves BIG respect

Day 7: Start - the MIT all decide to set off early together, on foot. It's going to be a long day! Jon seems surprisingly good considering.

After days of boulder runs, it take a crafty thorn to puncture Addams tyre on a path whilst wheeling the bike at 6m

Day 6: Start - its going to be a long day today. Jon sets off early. Addam and Jamie find the nearest pharmacy to stock up on compeed etc

Day 5: Done! Wet, cold, shivering, Jon hobbles back to the campervan. Glad today is over and the half way mark surpassed. Feet very tender.
