@lborthe1 @peteblackall @miniannette@ScotRail Are you saying that I have an entitled attitude because Iβve highlighted very obvious accessibility issues with train stations? You are aware this doesnβt only impact pram users but anyone who is unable to use stairs? Does that make them entitled too?
@OliviaDrennanEd @ScotRail Good to know Crossmyloof is accessible, I just have a 25 min walk there which on a nice day isnβt too bad but not for everyday π«
@postyourtoast@ScotRail Itβs so daunting and made me feel so horribly stressed instead of proud of our first trip to town. Itβs not just pram users but anyone unable to use stairs, just ridiculous that you need to depend on others offering help/staff helping!
@xzllkx@ScotRail I did have to ask for help from two different strangers. The rant was typed out after once I had reached my destination and was simply done to raise awareness and let @ScotRail know their services are just not accessible!
@ScotRail maybe I wasnβt clear enough. The problem here is that the 3 stations close to my house are all not accessible with a pram (I happen to have a very big double pram). This is not only an issue for prams but all people with mobility impairment too! β οΈ
@ScotRail I had to get help@from strangers, the train had arrived and I was very flustered. I ASSUME your colleagues were aware given the presence of the lift out of service sign?
