Bought a few items from @boohoo with next day delivery, it’s the next day and I’ve heard nothing back from them - no delivery, tracking or emails!

Tried to contacting them and still no response!
And this is why @ASOS is winning at service and everyone should shun @boohoo #Fail

The Click & Collect service at @currys is by far the worst experience - taking over 20 mins just to bring back 1 item!

Putting me in a virtual queue and then the staff asking me what I’m waiting for after escalating it twice - disgraceful #NightmareStore #CurrysFail

So with this new variant, @TheGymGroup PT is training clients without a mask, against guidelines! This is why the PM is going to be forced to close gyms yet again - set an example Gym Group #AllForOne #OneForAll #COVID19

Been trying to get through to @British_Airways for the last 2 months and they keep hanging up on me! I was only offered a voucher when my flights were cancelled and we now know we were entitled a refund! Why don't BA support their customers? #BadCustomerService #BBCPanorama
